Faith Formation

What is faith formation?

Information

Catholic Faith Formation consists of all religious education offerings available to children and adults to help them grow in their their love and understanding of Gods plan for their lives.

The Church’s catechetical mission aims to help the faithful of all ages to grow in both human and Christian maturity, enriching the whole of life with the leaven of the Gospel.

religious education

St. Rose Religious Education is a faith formation program adapted to the spiritual needs of children attending public school in 1st grade through 8th grade. In addition, we offer sacrament preparation for all students who have not yet received the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation or First Eucharist. There is a staff of over 18 trained catechists who are willing to volunteer their time and talent on the behalf of the religious education of the children of our parish.

Please fill out the registration form and include payment in order to complete the registration process for your child.

We look forward to having your student in our program.

teen confirmation

The Rite of Confirmation completes the Sacraments of Initiation and brings members into fuller communion with the faith through formal assent given as adults. For baptized Catholics, confirmation is most commonly received during high school.
